The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. Where the context permits, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting as an agent or proxy for any third party when placing bets or managing an Account.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of wb304.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player under any wb304 responsible gaming programme, and no self-exclusion request is active on your Account.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by wb304 for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Opening and using the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different devices, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile number, and the payment method details you intend to use. You must update your Account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. wb304 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify wb304 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

3.4 KYC Verification. wb304 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or international passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of residential address dated within the past 90 days (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your OVO, DANA, GoPay, or bank account showing your registered name).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Documents must be submitted in clear digital format. wb304 may decline to accept documents that appear altered, blurry, or inconsistent with other Account information.

3.5 Account Suspension and Closure. wb304 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraud or abuse is suspected or confirmed; (c) continued operation of the Account would expose wb304 to regulatory or legal risk; or (d) the Player requests closure under a self-exclusion programme. Upon closure for cause, all Bonus Funds are forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after any applicable offsets will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

4.1 Accepted Methods. wb304 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are credited to your Account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion charges are applied by wb304.

4.2 Processing Times. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja typically credit to your Account in under 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically credit within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours. Deposits may take longer during public holidays, system maintenance windows, or periods of unusually high transaction volume.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit amount, subject to standard anti-money-laundering (AML) transaction monitoring thresholds.

4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are sourced from legitimate, lawful activity. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method registered in another person's name, is prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension and AML reporting.

4.5 Failed Deposits. If a deposit transaction is debited from your bank account or e-wallet but does not appear in your wb304 Balance within 30 minutes, you should contact wb304 support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. wb304 will investigate and credit the amount within 2 business hours upon confirmation.

5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested once KYC verification has been successfully completed and the Player has made at least one qualifying deposit that has been used to place at least one bet. Accounts that have not yet wagered any deposited funds are not eligible for immediate withdrawal pending a brief AML review.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account holder name used for your most recent qualifying deposit. wb304 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. If your deposit payment method has changed, contact support before submitting a withdrawal request.

5.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB on a business day are processed on the same day. Requests submitted after 21:00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Standard processing times after approval are: e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) — under 30 minutes; bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) — 1–3 business hours.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Players may contact support to confirm the applicable limits for their Account.

5.5 Withdrawal Holds. wb304 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request for up to 14 business days where: (a) the withdrawal amount exceeds normal wagering patterns for the Account; (b) an AML or fraud review is in progress; or (c) the Account's KYC documentation is incomplete. wb304 will notify the Player by email if a hold is applied.

5.6 Bonus Fund Restrictions. Bonus Funds credited to your Account do not form part of your withdrawable Balance until all applicable wagering requirements are fully met. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in Bonus Funds being removed from the withdrawal amount.

6.1 General Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by wb304 are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all bonus offers carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the bonus-plus-deposit amount as specified. Only bets placed with real-money Balance count towards wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports bets generally contribute 100% per qualifying settled bet. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws and Andar Bahar rounds contribute at the rate specified in the relevant promotion terms. 6.4 Bonus Abuse. wb304 monitors all bonus-related wagering activity. Betting patterns that indicate bonus abuse — including placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple Accounts, placing systematically low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in: (a) cancellation of the bonus and all associated winnings; (b) Account suspension; and (c) potential permanent closure. We reserve the right to make the final determination as to what constitutes abuse.

6.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not met within the time limit stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account Balance without compensation.

6.6 One Bonus Per Person. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player is eligible to claim each promotion once only. Claiming the same promotion via multiple Accounts constitutes duplicate account abuse and is subject to the sanctions described in Section 3.1.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on wb304 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product category (sportsbook, slots, live casino, Andar Bahar, esports betting, or togel). 7.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is considered confirmed and binding only once you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. 7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and vary by product, market, and event. 7.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. wb304 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on market terms that were published in error, including but not limited to pricing errors, duplicate market listings, or data feed failures. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the Player's Balance. wb304 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly; however, the Platform's liability is limited to refund of the original stake.

7.5 Prohibited Strategies. The following strategies are prohibited on the Platform and may result in stake limitations, market restrictions, or Account suspension: (a) arbitrage betting using multiple platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; (b) systematic exploitation of early-price errors; (c) use of automated betting bots, scripts, or software without prior written consent from wb304; (d) match-fixing or use of insider information.

7.6 Results and Settlement. All sporting event results are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, FIFA, AFF, MPL Indonesia). In the event of a dispute between the result shown on the Platform and the official result, the official governing body's result prevails. Settlement corrections may be applied up to 72 hours after initial settlement where an official result revision has been confirmed.

8.1 Player Self-Management Tools. Every verified wb304 Account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, which are available at no cost and activate immediately upon request:

11.1 General Disclaimer. 11.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wb304's aggregate liability to you for any single cause of action or series of related causes of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits credited to your Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Excluded Losses. In no event shall wb304 be liable to you for: (a) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (b) loss of revenue; (c) loss of business or contracts; (d) loss of goodwill; (e) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages — even if wb304 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.4 Force Majeure. wb304 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event, including internet service provider outages, banking system disruptions affecting BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet providers, natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, or any other event beyond wb304's reasonable control. In such cases, wb304 will use reasonable endeavours to restore normal service as quickly as practicable.

11.5 Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. wb304 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted.

12.1 Right to Amend. wb304 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made to reflect: (a) new product features or services; (b) changes in applicable laws or regulatory requirements; (c) updates to payment methods or banking partners; or (d) improvements to Platform policies based on player feedback or operational experience.

12.2 Notification of Changes. When material changes are made to these Terms, wb304 will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and will update the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page. Minor clarifications that do not materially affect Player rights may be made without specific notification.

12.3 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 13.1 Governing Law. 13.4 Language of Proceedings. All dispute correspondence, evidence submissions, and resolution communications shall be conducted in English. Submissions in other languages may be accepted at wb304's discretion but wb304's official response will be issued in English regardless.

13.5 Limitation Period. Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform must be raised within 6 months of the date on which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims raised outside this limitation period will not be entertained.
